Juneteenth is not only a historic milestone; it’s a call for action: to remember, reflect, and rise.
As a storyteller, editor, and advocate for truth in all its forms, I believe freedom must be lived, its plight acknowledged, not just spoken.

Thanks to James for reaching out and getting me out of bed and onto my balcony to see something cool.

I’m never not in awe when humans do cool s**t. And we happened to be watching Constellation (AppleTV+) when the text came through.

After our father passed away, my sister had a dream. I won’t share it alll because it’s hers, but it had to do with Orion and our father. Every time I go out at night, I look for Orion and think of my dad and sister. So I caught him tonight too.
