Matthew 10:19 When they deliver you over, do not be anxious how you are to speak or what you are to say, for what you are to say will be given to you in that hour. For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.
THE CONFIDENCE TO WITNESS
For every promise that God makes to you, you always have two main things that should inform your appropriate response. That is; knowledge and faith.
Our theme scripture presents a promise made to those who intend to witness for the Lord about the good news.
Many people are afraid of stepping out to share the gospel due to the fear that they may fail to respond to the questions and objections from unbelievers.
Precisely, the fear to share the gospel means two things. Firstly, someone is ignorant of the promises from our Lord or secondly, he does not take Him at His word.
As you step out to share the gospel, be confident that the Holy Spirit will speak through you. Your tongue has a promise to rely on.
It is not about reading many books on evangelism but the fact that He who promised is faithful.
Praise the Lord!

Bite: As you step out to share the gospel, be confident that the Holy Spirit will speak through you. Your tongue has a promise to rely on.
Prayer: Father, I thank you for this wisdom. I thank you for giving us your Holy Spirit. With Him, I can face every challenge knowing that I'm not alone. With this knowledge, I submit my tongue to Him every morning, trusting that He will cease every opportunity to share the good news through me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
