Bar Harbor magic 🐋✨

We set out with on their afternoon cruise, chasing ocean breeze and open sky… and ended up with front-row seats to whales feeding at sunset.

It was the kind of moment that makes you pause—the sea glowing gold, whales rising and diving with grace, and a stillness that settles somewhere deep in your chest. ⁠

🖤 New blog post: “Showing Up in My Skin, Anyway”

This one feels a little more tender to share.
More personal. More raw. A deeper kind of honest than I’ve posted before.

This piece started as a therapy prompt—one that asked me to explore how I show up in my body and how I speak to myself with love. It turned into a reflection on the days I feel disconnected from myself… and the small, soft ways I’m learning to come back.

It’s about the tension, the self-talk, the humor I use to cope. It’s about the part of healing that isn’t loud or linear—but still matters. Still counts.

I was nervous to share this. Still am. But maybe you’ve felt this way too.

“Some days, I still struggle.
Some days, I still want to disappear.
But I show up. In this skin. With this heart.

Lemon blueberry dreams in a bowl 🍋🫐✨

Stopped into in Brunswick and this beauty hit all the right notes—creamy, tangy, fresh, and topped with the perfect crunch. Coconut flakes, granola, and all the good stuff.

10/10 would happily start every morning like this.

Some hikes move you forward.
Others remind you to pause.

Ovens Mouth Preserve was a trail that asked for quiet. For stillness. For presence. A loop through salty air and forest light, where every turn offered a new way to breathe a little deeper. 🌲🌊

There was a footbridge that felt like a doorway, reflections so still they mirrored the sky, and soft pine trails that seemed to whisper: stay awhile. I did.

A weekend of slow sips, a little sunshine, sushi, and baseball.

Saturday started with drinks at and the kind of sushi that makes you forget to talk for a moment—thank you, , you never miss.

Later we cheered for the on Marvel Night, surrounded by costumes, Slugger dressed as Thor, and a crowd singing every baseball song with heart—the kind of joy that feels a little contagious.

Sunday brought brunch , a cozy brewery stop , and a little more stillness.

These are the kinds of weekends that ground me—local, lighthearted, and full of tiny pockets of peace.
