Wanted to share some achievements I have done at Pole Dolls
Can’t thank Sioned enough for supporting, encouraging and pushing me to dig deep and power through.

I have learnt that… If something is hard for me I tend to give it up right away (explains alot) but with the dolls I can’t help myself, I am just eager to get back and try again.
The loved ones around me have noticed a glowing aura around me and it is because of this confidence I gain from being in the studio. I feel elegant, beautiful and schmexy 🙃

My counsellor told me Tuesdays are my self care day… I go to Pole fitness on Mondays so candles, bubbles and my whirlpool it is. I would usually delight my brain with a book but this cold … flu … illness thing has my brain too tired to English so doom scrolling it is !!

So… hello 👋
I guess I’m back ?
I know I disappeared 👻 for a while but here’s what beens happening…
I’ve really focused on doing well in work and prioritising teaching and it’s paid off as I recently got a promotion as an Early Years Lead.
Me and Jorjo have been very busy planning our big day. We’ve been focusing on our health and getting fit again and loosing weight.
I’m not the skinniest of people but I’ve gone back to Pole fitness to help build confidence in my own skin and also shed some of the fat clinging onto my body.
I recently went to try my wedding dress on and shown my bridal party 🥰
I have even gone to counselling to help manage my mental health and help me deal with past trauma.
My big boys are excelling at everything in life.

I know I left without saying a word but I hope you understand that I had to put myself and my family first. But for now I would like to reconnect with you all and start looking at vlogging for the time being so I can share my life with yours. Especially now with only 1 year until the wedding of the century!!

Oh and btw… it’s a batch 😜
