Google's co-founder Sergey Brin has recently concluded his divorce from Nicole Shanahan. This divorce followed allegations of an affair between Nicole Shanahan and billionaire Elon Musk. However, Elon Musk took to Twitter on Sunday to clarify that he and Sergey Brin remain friends and refuted reports of his involvement in an affair with Brin's wife, Nicole Shanahan.

Musk’s tweets came after a Wall Street Journal report that cited unidentified sources saying he had engaged in a brief affair with Shanahan. The paper said the affair prompted Brin to file for divorce from Shanahan earlier this year and ended the tech billionaires’ long friendship.

In the Libyan city of Derna, a devastating event occurred as two dams collapsed due to heavy rains brought by Storm Daniel. This disaster has resulted in over 11000 casualties and the displacement of 30,000 people. Parts of the city have been completely submerged, effectively dividing Derna in two.

The catastrophic incident transpired on September 10th around 3 am when the Wadi Derna river, originating from Libya's Akhdar Mountains, swelled due to rainfall, leading to the collapse of two dams near Derna.
