If you’d have told me I’d have felt my most confident as I hit 40 I wouldn’t have believed you!

I’ve always been so hard on myself about everything in life especially my body… constantly comparing myself to girls on insta or Tik Tok but recently I’ve been feeling like hey I’m good it’s all good, this has come from finding things that fill my cup and one of those has been the gym! I don’t want abs, I don’t want muscles or big everything 😂 but I just wanted to feel strong and confident and that’s exactly how I feel.

This body has carried 3 babies safely, got me through skin cancer, lives with horrific migraines so why not look after it ?

I’m 40 in 11 days and I’ve never felt more content in my own skin and life in general so let’s celebrate with 2 bikini pics (might panic and delete later) 😂😂

Here’s to turning 40 and loving me for me ❤️
