Somebody was to get a property, he came to me and said, “Sir, somebody has given a higher amount for the property.” I turned, looked at him and said, “the person will not come.” The person had deposited money for the flat already, I just turned and said he will not come. He priced lower than the person, so in the natural, the man who priced higher, who gave advance should be the one they should give it to. I said the person will not come, they will give it to you. The person did not come, he paid: they refunded 50,000 (Naira) back to him.

Listen, any property you get without favour, it’s not from God. Anytime you want to buy a property, first check if there is favour. If there is no favour, it is not God. Once God is involved, the proof of it is favour.

Lift your hands to heaven: all over the globe, the next property that concerns you shall come by favour
Whether a house you want to lease, a property you want to buy for yourself, your company, even the ones you are not prepared for, will be handed over to you. Everyone connected to the reach of my voice globally, shall get the next property by favour.
As a Commission, it shall be by favour. As a people, it shall be by favour.

Lift your voice and declare it will happen to you. “In the name of Jesus, we shall get properties by favour. Landed properties will be handed over to us by favour. It shall come from the east, west, south, north without sweat in the precious name of Jesus. When others are pricing high, even when you bid low, they will give it to you in the name of Jesus.”

His mother died while on crusade. Arch Bishop Benson Idahosa who raised the dead like drinking coke. He was in America when they sent a message that his mother is dead. He said "my mother can't die," because God did not tell me. The last time I checked in my spirit my mother was well. If God must take her, HE has to tell me. Put her on my bed when I return, I'll wake her.
They asked him, when are you coming back? he said, "10 days time". They told him, "she will smell". He insisted they should put her on his bed. "If she smells, its my room, put her there".
The first miracle for 10 days, the body did not smell. The color of the skin changed from black to ash, totally dead for 10 days. The Arch Bishop said, he's not coming back until he finishes his crusade. When he finished he's crusade, he landed in Benin airport and he said, "take me home".
They took him home, when he entered his room, he said, "Mama I am back, stand up and give me water to drink". Mama said, "my son, well come".
Today by the strength of this testimony, anything dead in your life is coming back to life in Jesus name.

WE BID AND LOOSE, WE ALLOW AND DISALLOW IN THE PLACE OF PRAYER. APOSTLE JOSHUA SELMAN.

The price for the move of God has been prayer with fasting not just prayer alone, there is something we have done to the fasting part but it has always been prayer and fasting.

The bible says if my people who are called by my name, shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face, I will hear from heaven, I will forgive their sins and heal their land .

When the bible says you shall bid and loose, it is showing you how it happens, is not just by saying be loosed, No that is not how it is. We bid and loose, we allow and disallow in place of prayer.

We need the Lord to raise prophetic intercessors who are not just concerned with the things they desired. We need men and women like Anna the prophetess whose assignment is to pray untill they see the consolation of isreal, Anna the prophetess prayed Jesus from the realm of spirit till he manifested in the physical realm .

All the revivals that has happened in this nation came by the winds of prayer and fasting, from men and women that soar in the place of prayer.

The spirit of Elijah restores the patterns the prophetic and apostolic system that for runs the move of God. Enoch and Elijah are two spiritual systems that if not allow to find expression within a territory, there cannot be a move of God.

When people pray with all their heart, there is an outpouring of the spirit.

I assure you that once again we will experience the move of God in a spectacular dimension in Jesus name.

For 2023 to be a better year in your life, there are deliberate actions you have to take, and I will be listing some tips that will help you have a better year.

*Pay attention to God: In this 2023, don't let God to be the one that will be looking for you, so be very serious with your work to God. One of the things that will help you revoke the assault of the devil in this 2023, is your serious relationship with God, so pay your most valued attention to God, serve and love God with all your heart, prepare yourself to do great things for the Lord.

*Be Patient: Patience is one of the process and principles of living . Alot of us have prayed but we were not patient enough to wait and receive the answers. It is our duty to pray and wait for answers, so in your waiting, you have to be patient because God is working out something for you. Don't use your tiny wrist watch to compare to God's big watch.

*Remember the past faithfulness of God: When things seems to be hard or choking for you, rather than blaming God, remember his past faithfulness over the years, don't be ungrateful over God's past faithfulness.

*Guide your heart: Guide your heart with all diligence, for out of it, lies the issues of life, so mind the kind of things you allow into your life, because a little or a bit mistake has a way of ruining your life, so put your life under God's control.

*Be careful of who you listen to: Who do you listen to, whose advice do you like applying, who is your mentor, because the kind of persons you listen to, has a way of changing your life, either negatively or positively.

From today, there are some information you have to keep secret. Learn to zip your mouth, God wants to bless you. For as long as long as Samson kept the secret, he remains a mystery. But when he opened up the secret to a strange woman called Delilah, that was it.

His hair was the covenant of the Spirit of might but he threw away that covenant on the lap of Delilah. And she got up and told the people; Give me my money... And the people came and cut his hair.

A great man, all of a sudden because he could not close his mouth..(Silence can not be misunderstood. You must know when to speak!)

And he got up, and all of a sudden, there was no strength.

Notice what the people did! The moment they found out that they have captured him, they removed his eyes, not his hand. Was it with his eyes with his eyes he destroyed them? Because the eyes is the light of the body.

They look for the source of illumination of his life and pluck it out and he became a Slave. And they stood before him to mock his God.

Some of us have lost a lot if things in our life because of the atmosphere that we have kept.

When Abraham started the journey, he never told the people where he was going. Even Isaac, there where certain part of the information that was kept a secret, it was revealed as they went. While he was going up, Daddy why are you moody? He said; God is faithful, let's go and they continue. As they got there, he grabbed the guy and placed him on the alter. Son, am about to kill you, f i have told you.....I'm sorry, I have to obey God.

There are some certain people, the best time to tell them a news, is when it has happened, so that they will just join in the celebration. But once you involve them in the process, they don't have the faith to believe with you, so they will discourage you.
