Some people find their way to a role through a resume. Emma found hers through a decade of showing up for people, a data driven brain, and a friendship that turned into the right opportunity at exactly the right time.

She came from developmental services, spent years as a behaviour therapist working with kids with autism, and led a camp program for kids with special needs that had its most successful season on record after she rebuilt the intake process from the ground up.

When she was ready to return to work after having her daughter, she wanted something with more flexibility, more behind the scenes problem solving, and more room to grow. Josh had been telling her for years that Boost was the place.

She finally said yes.

An original Boost business card has lived on the bulletin board by her front door since the beginning. Now she gets to help build what is on it.

Meet Leah Seeling| East Coast Adventures, the newest creator in the Boost Society family.

Mom of 3, wife to Eric, and the heart behind East Coast Adventures, Leah has spent years showing mid Atlantic families where luxury meets adventure across the state of Maryland. From hiking the mountains to crabbing in the bay, she treats every hidden gem like a core memory waiting to happen, and she does it all with 100 percent transparency about the places she shares.

A few things that make Leah, Leah. She has a degree in social work and spent years as a child and family social worker before shifting her focus to her own family. She sang the national anthem at an Orioles game in 5th grade, during Cal Ripken’s record breaking season. She is a proud Maryland Whipsnakes season pass holder, a diehard Ravens fan, and yes, she really does have 6 pet ducks.

We could not be more excited to be in her corner. Leah has already built real trust with brands across the state, and our job now is simple: protect that trust, raise her rates where she has been underpaid, and make sure every partnership feels as easy on the brand side as it does authentic on hers.

3 creators. Same story on repeat this year.

A promised payment database that never got built. Checks the agency swore it never received, until the brand produced the signed proof. A creator locked out of her own Google Drive while thousands sat unpaid.

Meanwhile, the industry line is that creator clients shouldn’t be CC’d on their own email negotiations...that giving full transparency is terrible advice.

This is the kind of news we love sharing. Brittany Delgado | Family Adventures just booked a recurring segment on FOX29’s Good Day Pennsylvania.

Brittany is now a monthly contributor with her very own segment, Good Day Family Finds, running through the end of the year. This morning she kicked things off with her signature free family finds around the region, from free student skate nights at Summerfest on the Delaware River waterfront to the hidden gem boat pond at Sister Cities Park, John Heinz Wildlife Refuge, Newlin Grist Mill in Delco, Funny Farm Rescue in South Jersey, Soupy Island in Gloucester County, and an all inclusive accessible playground in Delaware.

A recurring segment is a whole different level than a one off hit. It means a producer trusted her once, she delivered, and now she has a standing invitation to keep showing up. That is the same thing we chase in every brand relationship we build. Not a one off campaign, a renewal, a retainer, a reason for them to call you first next time.

Brittany turned Kid Friendly Philly into a name families and now local news rely on every single month. We could not be prouder to be in her corner for this one, especially for what she has in the works for her community in the next year 👀
