I pulled some oysters from my cage today.

Raw or cooked?

I’m not a fan of raw, maybe it will grow on me. I made Rockefeller today and it was soooo good.

7:15am: let me go bait my crab pots and come right back

I had the most rivah-est day ever! I checked and baited crab pots. I did a little fishing didn’t catch any keepers. I washed my boat. I checked my Oyster cages and transfered some from a bag to the cage. I steamed crabs, made Oyster Rockefeller and a crabcake.

It’s supposed to rain for the next few days so I had to get it in while I can.

Charity traveled 6 hours to attend my Crabbing 101 class held at Still Kickin Seafood. Charity loved the area so much she’s planning to come back and even considering retiring here!

Caught some today, added them to my holding pot that had crabs from yesterday. Gave them some old smoked meat, hoping they’ll eat tha vs each other. I may cook them tomorrow, if not definitely on Thursday

Steam them or leave them? Decisions, decisions.

If I leave them, I’ll put something in there for them to eat but there’s still a good chance I’ll loose a few.
