โCandelaria, Zambales โ The President Ramon Magsaysay State University-Candelaria Campus, through its College of Fisheries, proudly announced six new Fisheries Professionals who successfully passed the October 2025 Fisheries Professionals Licensure Examination. The group is composed of five first-time takers and one second-time taker.

โAmong the new professionals is Keith Daryll E. Anamos, the lone second-time taker, who earned her license after showing perseverance and dedication in retaking the examination. Her achievement proves that determination and hard work lead to success.

โLeading the first-time passers is John Mico A. Barsabal, a Cum Laude graduate of Academic Year 2025, whose strong performance reflects his commitment and preparation throughout the review period.

โYrand Carl T. Dial also passed, demonstrating consistency and focus in mastering the field of fisheries. Neil B. Elago showed commendable effort and determination in his studies, contributing to his successful result.

โMargie D. Quitaneg and Arianne Loise E. Marty also passed, showcasing their dedication and persistence in completing their degree and passing the examination.

โOverall, a total of 10 takers took the examโ9 first-timers and 1 repeater. Among the first-timers, 5 passed while 4 failed, resulting in a 55.56% passing rate. The lone repeater achieved a 100.00% passing rate. In total, 6 passed and 4 failed, giving the President Ramon Magsaysay State University Candelaria Campus an overall passing rate of 60.00%.

โThe PRMSU-Candelaria Campus, through the College of Fisheries, extended its heartfelt congratulations to all six new Fisheries Professionals. The university also expressed pride in their achievements, emphasizing that their success reflects PRMSUโs continued commitment to producing competent and industry-ready graduates.
