According to reports Marjorie Harvey, the wife of Steve Harvey, is allegedly seeking $400 million in a divorce settlement. She filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court on July 1, 2023, citing irreconcilable differences.

However, unconfirmed sources has it that, Majorie was found cheating on Harvey with His bodyguard and private chef. She is seeking for a divorce and a share of Steve Harvey’s $400 million worth as a result.

In her filing, she alleged that Steve had been "unfaithful" and had "committed marital misconduct." He is seeking primary physical custody of his two adopted teen kids.

According to social media personality is very much still alive -- claiming her Instagram account was compromised -- and used to spread "jarring misinformation" about her and her brother's death.

In a statement provided to TMZ from Tay's family, she tells TMZ, "I want to make it clear that my brother and I are safe and alive, but I’m completely heartbroken, and struggling to even find the right words to say. It’s been a very traumatizing 24 hours. All day yesterday, I was bombarded with endless heartbreaking and tearful phone calls from loved ones all while trying to sort out this mess."

She also says, "My Instagram account was compromised by a 3rd party and used to spread jarring misinformation and rumors regarding me, to the point that even my name was wrong. My legal name is Tay Tian, not "Claire Hope"."

Tay thanks for helping to get her Instagram account back, and the phony death statement has been removed.

What's still unclear is why it took Tay 24 hours to get word out she's alive, especially because she says she was aware her account was hacked ... and was getting phone calls about her "death."

BREAKING NEWS: Rapper Tory Lanez has been sentenced to 10 years in state prison for shooting Megan Thee Stallion.

Locals and lawmakers have started getting a closer look at wrecking ball–size orange buoys Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) had installed. Mexico and the federal government say along 1,000 feet of the Rio Grande river between Eagle Pass and Piedras Negras, Mexico. The controversial buoys are chained to the shallow bottom of the river with a net of cables, and you can't climb over them because they spin freely.

To make sure would-be asylum seekers don't climb between them, Texas Public Radio's David Martin Davies reported after a kayak trip to the barrier, "there are also serrated metal plates that look like circular saw blades between each buoy.
