BEATING WIFE IN ISLAM

But The Question:
can muslim's husbands beat their wife?
YES, there is also sura that teach us to BEAT YOUR WIFE
and this is become "LEGAL" in islamic world under SHARIA LAW
and what is SHARIA LAW?
sharia law, is the law of God for muslims which based in quranic verses and collective hadith and your Government law is just Man's law.
if your country are now under sharia law, the sharia law are strictly to be follow
and government law (like for example, U.s. government law ) are void and no value at all.
for it is only man's law for muslims and not God's law.
and under sharia law, beating of wife are legal
"for the Prophet (peace be upon him) struck his favorite wife, Aisha, in the chest one evening when she left the house without his permission. Aisha narrates, "He struck me on the chest which caused me pain."
Muslim (4:2127) -
and no man will see that as wrongdoing as prophet of islam command.
" for The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: A man will not be asked as to why he beat his wife." Abu Dawud (2142)
and other occassion, muhammad slapped his wives (Aisha and Hafsa)
Muslim (9:3506) -
Muhammad's father-in-laws (Abu Bakr and Umar) amused him by slapping his wives (Aisha and Hafsa) for annoying him. According to the Hadith, the prophet of Islam laughed upon hearing this.
general speaking, for prophet muhammad Beatings wife are necessary to keep women in their place
even one day, muhammad's companions had problem also with their wives
and they don't know what to do, so they seek muhammad if what to do with their wives?
Sunna Abu-Dawud Book 11, Number 2141
Narrated Abdullah ibn AbuDhubab:
Iyas ibn Abdullah ibn AbuDhubab reported the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) as saying: Do not beat Allah's handmaidens, but when Umar came to the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) and said: Women have become emboldened towards their husbands, he (the Prophet) gave permission to BEAT them. THEN MANY WOMEN CAME ROUND THE FAMILY OF THE APOSTLE OF ALLAH(peace_be_upon_him) COMPLAINING AGAINST THEIR HUSBANDS. So the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: Many women have gone round Muhammad's family complaining against their husbands. They are not the best among you.
and despite of MANY WOMEN CAME ROUND THE FAMILY OF MUHAMMAD COMPLAINING AGAINST THEIR HUSBANDS.
So Muhammad said to his companions , They are not the best among you meaning your wives are no good
so muhammad prophet of islam made a surah for the sake of his companions against their wives.
(Qur'an 4:34) - "Men are the maintainers of women because Allah has made some of them to excel others and because they spend out of their property; the good women are therefore obedient, guarding the unseen as Allah has guarded; and (as to) those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them, and leave them alone in the sleeping-places and BEAT THEM ; then if they obey you, do not seek a way against them; surely Allah is High, Great."
(Qur'an 38:44) - "And take in your hand a GREEN BRANCH (a wooden stick) and BEAT HER WITH IT, and do not break your oath.
and that's why you always seen in islamic world muslim man
carrying a wooden stick
it because it become tradition of islam to beat their wife with a stick.
( Quran 2:223) muhammad said,
Your wives are your tilth; go, then, into your tilth as you wish..
meaning muslim wives are object of s*x,
after that, what is the result,
Sahih Bukhari (72:715)
- A woman came to Muhammad (peace be upon him) and begged her to stop her husband from beating her. Her skin was bruised so badly that she it is described as being "greener" than the green veil she was wearing. The Prophet (peace be upon him) did not admonish her husband, but instead ordered her to return to him and SUBMIT TO HIS S*XUAL DESIRES.
See, how maniac prophet muhammad did??
And he instead advise his companions
Kash-shaf (the revealer) of al-Zamkhshari (Vol. 1, p. 525) -
Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Hang up your scourge where your wife can see it"
And What prophet of islam trying to says,
if they will not obey you, BEAT THEM WITH A STICK, ALWAYS PREPARE A STICK FOR THEM, BEAT THEM TILL THEY OBEY YOU! And if they obey you now then DO NOT SEEK A WAY AGAINST YOUR WIVES.
this reason it may become the tradition of islam to beat their wife as normal thing to do in islamic world.
for their prophet muhammad allowed them to beat their wives.
can you imagine if your country become under sharia law also??
women had no equal rights in islam.
why is that?

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Isn't the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man?" The women said, "Yes." He said, "This is because of the deficiency of a woman's mind."
Meaning prophet muhammad trying to says that women cannot equal with man
for women has mental illness if she trying to have equals right with a man.
Another example,
Abu Dawud (2126) - "A man from the Ansar called Basrah said: 'I married a virgin woman in her veil. When I entered upon her, I found her pregnant. (I mentioned this to the Prophet).' The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: 'She will get the dower, for you made her va**na lawful for you. THE CHILD WILL BE YOUR SLAVE. When she has begotten (a child), FLOG HER'" A Muslim man thinks his is getting a virgin, then finds out she is pregnant.
Muhammad tells him to treat the woman as a s*x slave and then flog her after she has delivered the child.
and When the child grown into a boy

Narrated As-Saburah:
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Command a boy to pray when he reaches the age of seven years. When he becomes ten years old, then BEAT HIM for prayer.
That is unfair and inhumane !!
But since prophet muhammad beat his wives and he order beat his companions wives
Muslims follow this barbanic deeds as tradition of islam.
