Engr. Jude Asogwa's Campaign Team Unveils Ward-by-Ward Visitation Schedule for Nsukka LGA

The campaign organization of Engr. Jude Chinedu Asogwa, KSJI, Chairman of Nsukka Local Government Area, has released the official visitation and engagement schedule for his upcoming ward campaign tour, running from 17th to 23rd September, 2026.

The five-day outreach will take the Chairman across virtually every corner of Nsukka LGA, as his team intensifies grassroots engagement ahead of his second-tenure bid.

Day 1 – 17th September: Obimo/Ikwoka (10am), Okpuje/Okutu/Anuka (12noon), Alor Uno (2pm), Obukpa (4pm)

Day 2 – 18th September: Akaibute (10am), Ejuona/Uwani (12noon), Edem Ani (2pm), Akpa/Ozzi (4pm), Ibagwa Ani/Ibagwa-Agu (5pm)

Day 3 – 21st September: Ibeku (10am), Idi/Ogbozalla (12noon), Ede Nta (2pm), Ede Ukwu (4pm)

Day 4 – 22nd September: Ehandi Agu (10am), Eha-Uno (12noon), Agbamere/Umabo (2pm), Nru (4pm)

Day 5 – 23rd September: Ihe (10am), Owere/Umuoyo (12noon), Nkpunano (2pm)

The schedule was signed off by Hon. Chris Ezema, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nsukka LGA chapter, and Hon. Chinweuba Ngwoke, Special Political Adviser (SPA) and Director-General of the campaign.

Residents across the affected wards and communities are encouraged to turn out and engage directly with the Chairman as he takes stock of grassroots concerns and reaffirms his administration's commitment to the people of Nsukka.

In Memory of my late Boss!

“Nsukka ka mkpa” was a phrase that was always on the lips of my late boss.

The depth of his love, passion, and commitment to the Nsukka nation remains deeply etched in my memory. Since his demise, that unique spirit of service and devotion to Nsukka has been difficult to find in the present dispensation.

However, I strongly believe that someone will eventually emerge to fill that vacuum and rekindle the same passion, vision, and commitment to the growth and progress of Nsukka.

His legacy may have been interrupted by his departure, but his love for Nsukka will continue to live on.

ARRESTS BEGIN IN ENUGU NORTH: Unlicensed & Face Court Action and Heavy Penalties

All Native Doctors, Ezenwanyis and traditional medicine practitioners operating within Igbo-Eze North, Nsukka, Igbo-Eze South, Uzo-Uwani, Igbo-Etiti & Udenu are hereby reminded to register and obtain the necessary licence to operate legally, as the team has commenced enforcement and the arrest of .

Anyone currently operating without the required licence is strongly advised to register as soon as possible. Those who fail to comply may be taken to court and could face heavy fines and other legal penalties.

Please, do not wait until the enforcement officers get to your shrine/temple

Register now and make sure your practice is properly licensed to avoid unnecessary legal problems.

MOST CROWDED GUBERNATORIAL TUSSLE IN HISTORY ✍️

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) displayed the list of candidates at its Enugu State headquarters on Monday and we have 15 contestants vying for lion building 🏫

Gov Mbah, who is seeking re-election on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), will face candidates including Uchenna Nnaji of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chinyeaka Ohaa of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) and Obodoeze Ocho of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

Other candidates include Edwin Alor (Accord), Jehu Nnaji (NNPP), Okwudilichukwu Ugwu (Labour Party), Nnamdi Ugwu (DLA), Anthony Udeani (YPP), Afamefuna Ani (APP), Elvis Ugwoke (ZLP), Friday Iloka (SDP), Nnamdi Omeje (ADP), Ken Ikeh (APM) and Obioma Nnamani (BOOT Party).

Political activities are expected to intensify as the candidates seek support from voters, community leaders and other stakeholders across the state.

Mbah is expected to campaign on his administration’s infrastructure projects and social intervention
