ENGR. JUDE CHINEDU ASOGWA: A LEADER WITH EMPATHY, DISBURSES OVER 7500 KVA TRANSFORMERS TO NSUKKA COMMUNITIES....

Engr. Jude Asogwa Chinedu-KSJI , Chairman of Nsukka Local Government Area , has demonstrated exemplary leadership and empathy by procuring as well installing the following Transformers in Nsukka communities;

1. 250 KVA in Ibagwa-Agu
2. 300 KVA with Market electrification in Aku Road
3. 100 KVA for Oloto 1 Ugwuajie and Ikpeze Street
4. Seven (7) 500 KVA Procured and successfully disbursed to Odoru, Amaji Umakashi, Opi in Umuegwelema Village at Ishi Engine Opi, Alor-Uno, Ogbagu-Obukpa, Akpa/Ozzi Edem and Iheagu Nru communities.

Engr Jude Asogwa Chinedu , has shown his readiness, commitment and strong will towards community development and growth. His administration in all willingness and eagerness to make impact has energised an already existing transformer in Lejja by completing an abandoned electrification project.

However, in a bid to mobilize Nsukka people and prepare them beforehand ahead of the imminent industrialization trend, Engr Jude Asogwa has ordered for an investigative and thorough check on a certain abandoned electrification project in Umunengwa Ihe/Owere Nsukka by a donor, to know why such project has been halted and left uncompleted, in his magnanimity and show of responsibility hence, he has promised and mobilised all necessary stakeholders for the completion of this project and Umunengwa Ihe/Owere abandoned project will be alive soon.

Oji Motor Eme Ogo as he is fondly called and his administrative team places high value on community involvement, engaging Igwes, P.Gs and all community people to identify pressing infrastructural challenges, in same light to restore hope and joy among the people Our mayor is also pushing and mobilising for the restoration of abandoned Utobolo community borehole, after his investigative findings.

Coming out from office of the Commissioner of Police Enugu after today's arrest from Enugu state .

These people just track me this morning, arrest me like a wanted criminal saying order is from Commissioner of Police Enugu state.

I am out and safe after having interaction with the CP one on one.

All this constant arrest just dey look like Proxy Arrest from above but they should come direct.

Make una dey invite me next time, I will come than arresting me like this.

Tomorrow i will explain what led to the arrest.

*Enugu Air Takes Off: Engr. Jude Asogwa Celebrates Governor Mbah's Achievement*

The Chairman of Nsukka Local Government Area, Engr. Jude Asogwa Chinedu-KSJI, celebrated today the launch of Enugu Air by the good Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency Barr Dr. Peter Ndubisi Mbah, in a remarkable style.

The Chairman, who led party faithful, business moguls, industry experts, religious and cultural leaders, etc., from Nsukka Local Government Area to the event, also celebrated the outstanding achievement delivered by the Governor.

The event, which marked unveiling of the state owned commercial airline was graced by the Hon. Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Mr. Festus Keyamo, SAN, industry players, political office holders, clergies, traditional rulers, academia, and the general people of Enugu State.

Engr. Jude Chinedu Asogwa KSJI appreciated the Governor for delivering on many projects in the state, including Enugu Air, alongside projects benefited by Nsukka Local Government Area, such as the 20 Smart Green Schools ongoing in the 20 wards of the local government area, 20 Type 2 Health Centers ongoing across the 20 wards of the local government council, of which one at Ihe ward has been completed, equipped, and commissioned, the Nsukka Central Bus Terminal, and the 44.1km Abakpa Nike-Opi Nsukka dual carriage highway, amongst other projects being delivered in the local government area.

Hand don touch them 👊😁👊 ,The 3 Nsukka masquerade that was remanded in Prison yesterday....

They are:

Emeka Eze (aged 33),

Omeke Uchechukwu (aged 22), and

Malachi Michael Nnaemeka (aged 30),

They were arraigned before the Nsukka Magistrate Court of Enugu State on three principal charges of conspiracy, demanding money with menaces, and causing grievous harm. The case was adjourned to July 31, 2025, for further hearing.

Like seriously, Nsukka local government area has 29 billionaires from my research. This result surprised me indeed as Nsukka took first position unexpectedly.

Therefore, from my personal research, the number of billionaires in Nsukka zone are:
1. Nsukka: 29
2. Igbo Eze North: 27
3. Igbo-Eze South: 20
4. Udenu: 18
5. Uzo-uwani: 9
6. Igbo-Etiti: 4

So, we have a total number of 107 billionaires in Nsukka zone.This is from my personal research which is not that formally systematic. I believe the number would be bigger than this if the research is more systematic. This is only for billionaires. Multimillionaires remain uncountable in Nsukka zone and it's obviously obvious.

Again, let's celebrate this. Rejoice and inform your neighborhours. It really shows how far we have gone even as we think we aren't yet recognised like others. I believe we rose to this extent by the help we give to ourselves. We are rich. We are solid. We are not noise makers.

Why Oriokpa Nkpunano Started Flogging People Again

After the state government and our dear Mrs. Commissioner said about the sudden flogging by Oriokpa, many people reacted, some defended Oriokpa, others called for its total ban. So, I decided to investigate.

I remembered attending meetings where rules were agreed upon:

1. No flogging of bike riders.

2. No flogging on the head—only on the legs if necessary.

3. No flogging of anyone in uniform (nurses, security personnel, etc.).

However, recent videos show Oriokpa flogging people anyhow again.

Some Oriokpa members gave the same reason:
Originally, they agreed with the taskforce (Umu Omabe Nkpunano) to pay ₦1,000 every Sunday for their tag (ekpoto). This later increased to ₦2,000, and now it's suddenly ₦5,000—too much for most of them. Those who manage to pay the ₦5,000 are now flogging people aggressively, out of frustration or to assert control.

This story was confirmed at Barracks Junction, Agbani, Ikenga, and Isiakpu, all the Oriokpa gave the same response.

So my question is: Why is the tag now ₦5,000 every Sunday?
