The simple truth is that they don't open door for unsigned artist to submit their songs rather they prefer to discovered artist via the internet or through relatives & friends. As you can see, if something is not done to savage the situation & re-direct the operations of record labels in nigeria, unsigned artist will find more difficult to promote their hence the innovative idea to introduce Next Rated Top 10 Countdown
