What are you chasing?

Success, financial security, approval, love, better physique, new things, higher position/title, adventure…the list goes on.

Sometimes we’re so focused on something we’re chasing we forget to turnaround and focus on the one who makes it all fall into place.

All we gotta do is shift our focus… God is right behind us waiting for us to turnaround.

Stop fixating on what not to do and fixate on what you should do.

God wants a relationship with his creation and he’s chasing after you, all you gotta do is turnaround and accept his gift.

Stop, turn, and start chasing God through his word.

Husbands, care for your wife as Christ cares for the church - that’s a tall order that we can only accomplish through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Children bring joy - only to think the joy I have for them God also has for me as his child🤍🤎

Being a parent opens your eyes even more so into that relationship… whether it’s obedience, boundaries, love, joy, or servanthood.

This also reveals that their view of God is seen through me, as a father, which is no small feat. What a privilege and challenge.

August was a home run⚾️

Haven’t been on here much - traveling for work a lot lately so when I’m home I’m locked in with the fam… minimal time on my phone, making memories and even forgetting to capture them in a photo due to staying present🔒

Baseball is Back!⚾️

Opening weekend here in Michigan was a blast! Yeah I’m a Cubs fan but I’m also a baseball fan.

Good times were had.
