A baby bottle that works for you and your baby really can be hard to find. And I’m here to tell you that the Philips Avent Natural Response ni**le have done the trick!
Our bottle feeds are not nearly as stressful since we started using these. Baby Ro doesn’t struggle to swallow and is able to take breaks without having more milk or formula drip in his mouth!

🙋🏻‍♀️Raise your hand if you get overstimulated before the day is halfway through!

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my kids. I live for them, I’d die for them. But that doesn’t take away the fact that constant questions, constant contact, and a mother’s mental load will drop an elephant to its knees.
Motherhood is both the greatest gift and a burden at the same time. Along with the overstimulation and overwhelm you are gifted with mom guilt, doubt, worry, and stress. So it’s NORMAL TO NEED SPACE! Anyone would!

Next time you feel like you need to take a breather and step out somewhere you aren’t needed for a while, go for it and don’t feel guilty!
You are STRONG, you are CAPABLE, and you are HUMAN!

🤔I always thought I’d be a working mom.
Never thought that after having my first baby since my first was born back in 2009 id want to do the whole stay-at-home mom thing again. But ever since Rowan was born in January I had this insane urged to just stay at home with him and raise him myself 24/7 (with dad’s help of course).

Just the thought of spending HOURS away from my baby every single day scares the s**t out of me.
Although I have insane respect for childcare providers I do not want someone else raising my baby.

So I dove in, once more in my entrepreneurial journey, I started a blog, started working on gaining social media presence, learning how to start a podcast, and getting started as a partner with a wellness company that allows to make an income helping myself and others transform the best version of themselves.
