Lifetime Membership Equity Maturity Policy : ಇಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಶೇರ್ (Equity Share) ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಗಳು:
1. ಮಾಲೀಕತ್ವ ಹಕ್ಕು – ಇಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಶೇರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡವರು ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಭಾಗ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಆಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.
2. ಡಿವಿಡೆಂಡ್ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಅವಕಾಶ – ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಲಾಭವಾದರೆ, ಷೇರ್ಹೋಲ್ಡರ್ಗಳಿಗೆ ಡಿವಿಡೆಂಡ್ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಆದಾಯ ಸಿಗಬಹುದು.
3. ಕ್ಯಾಪಿಟಲ್ ಅಪ್ರಿಸಿಯೇಶನ್ (Capital Appreciation) – ಕಂಪನಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ, ಷೇರ್ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಮೊತ್ತಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಲಾಭ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
4. ಮತದಾನ ಹಕ್ಕು – ಕಂಪನಿಯ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ (AGM/EGM) ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಲು ಹಕ್ಕು ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
5. ಲಿಕ್ವಿಡಿಟಿ (Liquidity) – ಷೇರ್ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಇರುವ ಕಾರಣ, ಯಾವಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
6. ಬೋನಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ರೈಟ್ಸ್ ಇಷ್ಯೂ – ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಕಂಪನಿ ಬೋನಸ್ ಶೇರ್ಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ರೈಟ್ಸ್ ಶೇರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಬಹುದು.
7. ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಹಕ್ಕು – ಇಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಶೇರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಹಕ್ಕು ಪತ್ರದಂತೆ ವಾರಸುದಾರರಿಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಬಹುದು.
8. ಮೂಲಧನ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಕಡಿಮೆ – ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಇಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಶೇರ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಣ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದಾಗ ಕಂಪನಿ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ಗೊಂಡಾಗ ಷೇರು ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
9. ಡಿಮ್ಯಾಟ್ ಖಾತೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಎನ್ ಎಸ್ ಡಿ ಎಲ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿ ಡಿ ಎಸ್ ಎಲ್ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಹಂತದ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳು ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
