In addition, to his clinical role, Richard is also an NCLEX consultant who goes above and beyond in supporting aspiring nurses. He offers quality instruction, provides up-to-date resources and leads preparatory workshops that have helped many future nurses succeed in their licensure exams.
What truly sets Richard apart is his ability to connect and inspire others beyond the clinical setting. He is the creator of “ The Global Nurse” YouTube Channel, where he interviews Filipino nurses from around the world. Through this platform, he fosters global unity, shares inspiring journeys and builds a supportive online community for nurses everywhere.
Richard also shares his musical talents as the guitarist for the “ Maong Band” blending his love for music with his ministry .His passion for music and service shines through around him.
