This year, just like every year, we at This Is Getting Graphic are thankful for the torrential tide of stories we have containing everyone's favorite fishman, Namor the Sub-Mariner! To round out this year's Namor November, we dive into "Avenger's #4"! When Namor throws another of his destructive tantrums, he ends up throwing a frozen ice man into the sea where it is discovered by the Avengers! And the frozen ice man is none other than...Captain America? That's right, everyone. THIS is how Cap got out of the ice in the comics. Eat your heart out, MCU. Give it a listen while you're prepping that Thanksgiving turkey, folks! I promise it only gets wackier from here.

RING THE BELLS AND SOUND THE TRUMPETS, PUNY SURFACE DWELLERS!!! It's Namor November here on This Is Getting Graphic! Where in each episode we talk about the royal harbinger of undersea chaos himself, Namor the Sub-Mariner! In this year's first outing, we talk about Namor's very first appearance in "Marvel Comics #1"! When Prince Namor spies a group of human divers salvaging a sunken ship, he does the most logical thing he can think of: he KILLS them! 😰 Yeah, casual reminder that this is supposed to be a superhero. After receiving a detailed and utterly ludicrous backstory of the surface dwellers from his mother, the Queen of the Seals (yes, you read that correctly), Namor sets off on his righteous noble quest to commit more murder.
