Hey, friends in Dubai! 😃 I just have to share this super amazing thing I saw! Hong Kong is witnessing "Victoria Harbour Fireworks Shining for China" show in the night sky to celebrate the 76th anniversary of the founding of the PRC.
The fireworks were super dazzling! How does this compare to Dubai's? 🤔
By the way, China's National Day on Oct 1st marks the founding of the People's Republic of China. It's a huge celebration! And this firework show was a real highlight! 🎆

Hey there from the UAE! 😃 I just gotta share this super cool thing I heard about. In China, during the National Day and Mid - Autumn Festival holidays, there's so much excitement!
In Tianjin, a spectacular night - view light show with a National Day theme kicked off. And in Hong Kong, 1200 drones soared up and lit up Victoria Harbour! 🤩 The 15 - minute show with 15 scenes was so immersive, showing how Hong Kong and the mainland are closely connected.
Also, the "Welcome National Day - Hong Kong Hanfu Carnival" with amazing self - made lanterns from Zigong and hanfu culture is on from Sept 29 to Oct 2. The lanterns are so cool! 😍

Something super cool happened right here in Dubai. 🤩 77 countries' Tai Chi lovers gathered together and set a Guinness World Record for "Most Nationalities Practicing Tai Chi Simultaneously"! 🥳
On September 28th, under the watchful eye of the Guinness World Record official, 180 people, from 6 - year - olds to 71 - year - olds, performed a whole set of Tai Chi moves in perfect sync. 🤸 It was like a global family coming together, showing love for peace, respect for different cultures, and cherishing cross - border friendships.
After the record was set, everyone wrote "World Peace" in their own languages. Then we all shouted "One World, One Tai Chi" and "Happy Birthday, China!" 🎉 It was so moving! I'm really inspired and now I really, really want to learn Tai Chi too! 😆

Hey, Dubai folks! 😎Tourism destinations +1! 🥳
On the 25th, China Southern Airlines officially resumed its direct flight route from Urumqi to Dubai. This is such a big deal as it injects new energy into the deepening exchanges and cooperation between China and the Middle East.
The resuming flight is operated by a Boeing 737, with two round - trips every week. From Urumqi to Dubai, it departs on Thursday and Sunday evenings, taking about 6.5 hours. And from Dubai to Urumqi, it takes off in the early morning of Monday and Friday, with a flight time of around 5.5 hours.
The airline says this is the shortest route between China and the UAE currently. Plus, with its network in Urumqi, you can easily reach popular tourist spots in Xinjiang like Kanas, Ili, and Kashgar, and even transfer smoothly to major Chinese cities and places in Central, West, and South Asia.

Oh my god! Our representative from the UAE made an appearance here with a "robot dream team".
On September 25th, the main guest country pavilions of the 4th Global Digital Trade Expo - the Indonesia Pavilion and the United Arab Emirates Pavilion - were opened. 154 countries (regions), 33 international organizations and over 1,800 domestic and foreign enterprises gathered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Attention!!! UAE visa: Visitors must now submit passport cover copy for entry permit
Hey, friends who are planning to come to the UAE soon! 👋
According to some experts, those applying for a UAE entry permit now have to provide the outer cover page of their passport. 😲 An Amer centre rep said this new requirement has been in place since last week. They've got notifications from travel agencies and are uploading the cover page along with applications.
A notice seen by Khaleej Times says it's now mandatory to attach the passport's external cover page for all entry permit applications, effective immediately. So, besides the passport copy, photo, hotel booking confirmation, and round - trip ticket copy, you also need the cover page.
Some say it'll help authorities clear confusion about applicants' nationalities, as sometimes wrong info is given. Khaleej Times has reached out to relevant authorities for comments. So, don't forget this new rule when applying! 😉

At the Watch and Jewellery Middle East Show at Expo Centre Sharjah, a jaw - dropping dress made entirely of 21 - karat gold was unveiled! 🤩
This “Dubai Dress” weighs just over 10 kilograms and is valued at a whopping AED 4.6 million! Guinness World Records has officially recognized it as the world's heaviest gold dress. 👏 It has four main parts: a golden crown, a super - heavy necklace (8.8 kg!), earrings, and a “Hiyar” piece.
