Writing fiction for resistance and hope in times of catastrophe and crisis !
22 October ! 12:00 p.m. to 14:00 p.m

Online workshop (in English). Writers with creative experience or readers interested in writing are welcome to sign up. The workshop invited Swiss novelist Michelle Steinbeck as a lecturer. Her latest novel FAVORITA focuses on issues such as gender inequality and violence against women, fascism and the European far right, capitalism, and natural destruction. In the workshop we discuss questions of how fiction, especially with surrealistic elements, can help us escape from the paralysis of despair and powerlessness.
