The Nasik Caves, or sometimes Pandavleni Caves , state Maharastra , INDIA Are a group of 23 caves carved between the 1st century BCE and the 3rd century CE, though additional sculptures were added up to about the 6th century, reflecting changes in Buddhist devotional practices mainly.

Tourists have to climb nearly 200 steps to reach the top and enjoy the breathtaking views.

The cave has images of Buddha, Bodhisattva, sculptures representing the King, farmers, merchants and rich iconography depicting a beautiful amalgamation of Indo - Greek architecture.

The site has an excellent ancient water management system and skillfully chiseled out of solid rock are several attractive water tanks

Hathisinh na dera the Hathisinh Jain Temple in Ahmedabad is the most renowned Jain temple in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
It's foundation was laid in the year 1848 by the wife of trader Seth Hathisinh Kesarisinh, Sheyhami Harkunwar at a coat of ₹8 Lakh.

Mukteshwar Temple, Bhuvaneshwar:
The Naga King with the Amrit/Ratna Kumbh ~

Here are two very interesting sculptures from two subsidiary shrines of the Mukteswar Temple Campus, Bhubaneswar that portrays Nagas holding a pot.

It seems from its appearance that the pot is very precious. Either it can be the Amrit Kumbh (the Pot containing Nectar) or it can be the Ratna Kumbh (the pot containing the precious jewels).

If this portrayal is related to the story of the Nagas guarding the Amrit Kumbh before Garuda obtained it, then it is a sculpture of Naagraj with the Amrit Kumbh.

And if this portrayal is related to the story of the Nagas guarding the precious jewels in Paataal Lok (Nether World) then it is a sculpture of Naagraj with the Ratna Kumbh.

Either way, these sculptures are very unique as far as the architecture and iconography is concerned.
