I finally present to you my progressive techno and psytech set from Ozora 2024!!! This was recorded by Ozora straight from their soundboard. I have waited to release this because it contained many of my unreleased originals (and still contains some of my unreleased collaborations with ;) ) as well as unreleased tracks (at the time) from my labels. My goal with my peak-time sets are to ride the line between driving, melodic, progressive, psychedelic, and funky. I believe a great DJ set spans just the right genres and blends them together to create a real story, rather than sticking to one sound. I feel I completed that mission well on that day, and I hope this set warms your hearts on these otherwise colder days. This Friday my next release drops, which was over 2 years in the making. The EP is called “Speed of Light” and I am incredibly proud to announce that it has remixes by both Boundless and Klopfgeister, who I chose specifically because of their ability to write beautiful and creative dance music from the heart, free from rigid genre-constraints. Working alongside Techgnosis Records for the past year and a half to produce this release has been a great pleasure, with each track artfully mastered by Simon Neumann at Zeamoon Mastering, and additional mix-work on my original by Klopfgeister himself.
