5 potatoes.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 onion
Olive oil.
400 gr spinach.
4 eggs.
100 gr cream cheese.
Dried garlic.
Turmeric.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Black pepper.
200 gr cheese.

1. Cut 5 potatoes into cubes and put in a saucepan.
2. Pour in water, add 1 teaspoon of salt and cook for 8 minutes.
3. Finely chop 1 onion and fry in olive oil.
4. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl.
5. Finely chop 400 g of spinach and fry with onions.
6. Salt and cook for 4 minutes.
7. Break 4 eggs into a bowl and mix well.
8. Add 100 grams of cream cheese and dried garlic.
9. Add turmeric and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
10. Salt, pepper and mix well.
11. Coarsely grate 200 g of cheese and add to the egg mixture, mix.
12. Evenly distribute potatoes and spinach on a baking sheet.
13. Pour over egg mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
14. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 25 minutes.

8. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
9. Grate 2 cloves of garlic and add to vegetables.
10. Add paprika, Italian herbs and a tablespoon of tomato paste.
11. Finely chop the dill, add to the vegetables and season with salt.
12. Spread mushrooms evenly over eggplant and sprinkle with cheese.
13. Wrap in a roll, spread with tomato paste and sprinkle with cheese on top.
14. Set to bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.
