“Coaching from a Shelter” who does that? A mother with 2 mouths to feed, no window, and (literally) only a pot to p**s in.

One thing about me I can sell my story = lifetime of cashflow

No shame, No judgment, No failure just FREEDOM!

A few years back I was on the run and rebuilt my life 3 times in one year. One of my clients did not even know that I was coaching from an air mattress in a homeless shelter.

After successfully helping her close a celebrity client, she voiced how she received invoice payment with 72 hours! I cried and screamed so loud! God, thank you for reminding me that broken crayons still color and have value. The same applies to YOU!

Day 1:
Tips, Tools, and Transformation:

Welcome to Day #1 of 31 days of prayer!

Over the next 31 days we will pray for our short and long-term growth that are necessary to see true transformation.

Do me a favor and make it a priority today to pray over "strength and restoration" for the rest of the day. Strength over what? Not turning back and slipping back into imposter syndrome, lack of confidence, and an emotional wreck!

“You’re afraid of slipping back into old habits.”

Reply ‘I’m ready’ to transform for GOOD!

What to expect over the next 31 days:

I will record a mini video (15 minutes) and upload it on YouTube -
I am adjusting to a new schedule -

I will have it uploaded by 9 AM each morning and I will be LIVE on TikTok daily at 9 AM EST.

I've ran many races in my lifetime and have competed with some of the BEST athletes in the WORLD> According the record books, I am named as one of the ELITES in the Track and Field World.

Now, as a believer I've taken all of the lessons learned over the years and I apply them in my life daily and week after week.

Most races are won by the ones who consistently show up and train for the battle. Don't be like most:

“You get bursts of motivation but can’t sustain it.”

God is sustaining me in this journey.... Take it from me he will sustain you too!

I told a friend today I wish I had a surfboard :)

Their response: I don't think you want to catch those waves -
I chuckled and thought to myself - those waves will never catch me

It's all in the perspective...

Here's the thing in the midst of the storm here are 2 things that keep me in perfect peace:

1. I know the one who sent the storm
2. I know what the storm is designed to do
3. I know how to overcome the storm even in the moments I feel the remnants from the storm

So instead of shying away from the storm embrace the storm knowing that all things work together for your good!

Today is national daughter day and God has blessed with 2! I will continue to trust God no matter what the storm washes to shore :)
