මීටර් 60 ක් උස දියවිනි ඇල්ල (දියවිනි ඇල්ල) දිය ඇල්ල දියවිනි ගඟේ අතු ගංගාවක කොටසක් වන අතර එය විකිලියට දකුණින් බලන්ගෝඩට කි.මී. 8 ක් නැගෙනහිරින් වනාන්තරයක පිහිටා ඇත. අතු ගංගාව, දියවිනි ගඟ විසින් නිර්මාණය කරන ලද තවත් දිය පහරක් සමඟ වලවේ ගඟට ගලා යයි. දේවගිරි විහාරේ (පන්සල) නැරඹීමට වටින අතර වනාන්තරයෙන් වැසී ඇති පුරාණ දාගැබක් (බෞද්ධ සිද්ධස්ථානයක්) මේ අසල ඇත. ප්‍රදේශවාසීන් විශ්වාස කරන්නේ නිධානයක් ඒ අසල වළලා ඇති බවත්, එය සොයා ගැනීමට උත්සාහ කරන විට ගමේ ප්‍රධානියෙකු අතුරුදහන් වූ බවත් ය. බ්‍රාහ්මණ අක්ෂර ගුහා වල කොටා ඇති බවත්, මීටර් 3 ක් ගැඹුරට ගල් යාත්‍රා තුනක් ඇති බවත් ඔවුන් තවදුරටත් කියා සිටියි.
The 60m high Diyavini Ella (Diyawini Ella) waterfall forms part of a tributary of the Diyavini River, which is in a jungle 8km east of Balangoda, south of Vikiliya. The tributary, together with another stream created by the Diyavini River, flows into the Walawe River. The Devagiri Vihare (temple), worth a visit, and an ancient Dagoba (Buddhist shrine) overgrown by the jungle are nearby. Locals believe that a treasure trove is buried in the vicinity and that a village head disappeared when he tried to find it. They also maintain that Brahmin scripts are inscribed in caves and further assert that there are three stone vessels, each 3m deep, located here
