This is the part we like to call “Get a little closer and get to know us.”

Raul has always dreamt of becoming a radio broadcaster. With this dream in mind, he started off as a DJ in Los Angeles and opened for some of the greatest artists. Raul quickly built a reputation as a talented DJ specializing in house parties, nightclubs, and underground events.

It wasn’t until a Santa Monica basement where he found a home with KCRW 89.9FM. There he climbed the ladder from volunteer to on-air stints thanks to his mentor Nic Harcourt. Now he is our amazing co-host of Pili, Raúl and La Música and brings us captivating conversations with other talented artists.
