Known for his immaculate basslines and twisting, cinematic soundscapes, Mechanism has carved out a distinctive sonic identity. With an impeccable ear for dancefloor detonators and a refined, forward-thinking approach, he’s been a staple across NNSW and QLD since 2014, consistently supporting his favourite artists while honing and evolving his own productions.

In 2019, he co-founded Parallel Productions and is now a key force behind the foundation and growth of .events and also working behind the scenes on Sempra Records. Through these platforms, he has hosted an impressive roster of respected artists from the Zenon, Weapon, Intermind, Universal Tribe, Forestdelic, Kinematic and No Qualms families, firmly cementing his presence within the region’s underground scene.

With multiple releases on Zenon Records, Universal Tribe and his own Torrential Records, Mechanism continues to establish himself as a rising name in Australia’s psytech and dark progressive movement.

His sound is defined by futuristic production, quirky textures and emotive storytelling, with deep, zenonesque progressive flavours layering both light and dark building psychedelic tension.

Welcome 😈

This NNSW based artist has been slaying sets all over Aus & beyond ~ A multi-talented DJ and founder of .events always delivering with her dark, dangerous, progressive and extra delicious sets.

With an innate tendency to gravitate toward the dancefloor, Arya’s journey into the world of DJing & audio production began in 2015, immersing herself in the Australian underground music scene while studying at SAE Institute in Byron Bay.

Her passion for psychedelic culture quickly led to performances on big dance floors around the globe, including Mo:Dem, Bucht der Träumer, Earth Frequency, Esoteric, Dragon Dreaming, Splendour in the Grass, Wild Horses, Antigravity, Twisted Frequency & more.

Arya’s sound is a dynamic blend of dark, light, hypnotic, & playful. Her sets oscillate between lushly groovy contrasts & heavier, driving impacts, creating a visceral adventure that unfolds seamlessly to day or night. Each performance is a masterful modulation of energy, flowing with the dancefloor’s pulse, offering an immersive experience in the dark-psychedelic realm.

Inspired by her first trance festival in 2014, where the synergy of sound & community ignited her passion for creating transformative experiences for others. Arya aims to weave musical magic, showcasing her dedication to exploring & pushing the boundaries of trance music.

Plairae, a DJ and producer hailing from the Gold Coast, Queensland. Her musical journey began amidst the backdrop of her mother’s cherished 80s rock and disco records, coupled with nine years of dedicated choir involvement, which forged the foundations of her deep-seated love for diverse musical genres. However, her heart was soon captivated by the mesmerising allure of electronic music.

Venturing into the boundless realms of Psytrance and Techno, Plairae submerged herself in these hypnotic soundscapes, resonating particularly with the melodic, forest, dark progressive, and deep minimal elements of this immersive world.

Plairae will be doing the closing honours on this fine evening, so you can expect something extra delicious from this lil weapon 😈

Strongly inspired by the frequencies of Country and her own mysticism, Loukia creates deep, earthy and hypnotic psychedelic soundscapes with a distinctive dark feminine touch, weaving elements of psy-techno, dark progressive, and flavours from many other genres. Sensual and innovative, her sets hold a warm container for exploring emotional depth and diversity and connecting with the multifaceted beauty of existence. Her notable performances from 2025 include Dragon Dreaming Festival, Weaselstock Festival, Eclectic Collective and Church of Techno.

Loukia lives and walks with deep respect and acknowledgement of traditional custodians on unceded Aboriginal land ❤️

She will be joining forces with and we have no doubt these two weapons will come together creating something special for you all 🔥

Driven by deep, hypnotic grooves and the darker edges of progressive music, Sandman draws influence from the Zenonesque sound.

A core member of the crew, he plays an active role in planning and building the events that create space for connection and quality music.

And lately, he’s been locked in the studio cooking up new tunes under a new project 👀

We’re stoked to welcome back to Top of the Morning 💛

Brad put a set together for us just over two years ago, so it’s a real pleasure having him back on board for episode 57 and getting to witness how much his style and mixing have grown over the years

Since then, we’ve watched Brad go on to play club shows, festivals, and release sets with some amazing collectives, and it’s been unreal to follow that journey.

Moments like this are a big reason we started TOTM in the first place, to connect and build relationships with people all over the world who love music as much as we do and Brad as a perfect example of that 🫶
