Galaxy Mirror Glaze Cake Recipe ✨🌌

Ingredients:

1 perfectly baked cake (your choice!)

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup water

3 tsp gelatin powder

1/4 cup cold water

1 cup sugar

Gel food coloring (blue, purple, pink, black, white)

Method:

1. Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 mins.

2. In a saucepan, heat sugar, water, and condensed milk until hot (but not boiling).

3. Stir in bloomed gelatin until dissolved.

4. Pour over white chocolate chips and blend until smooth.

5. Divide glaze into bowls, add galaxy colors, and swirl gently.

6. Pour over chilled cake for a cosmic, mirror-like finish.

Black Sesame Cake Recipe

1 cup black sesame seeds

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 cup granulated sugar

4 large eggs

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup milk

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For the Sesame Paste:

¼ cup black sesame seeds, toasted

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or more as needed)

For the Glaze (optional):

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoon black sesame paste (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.

Toast 1 cup of black sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Let cool, then grind them in a food processor until fine.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until creamy and light. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Mix in the vanilla extract, oil, and milk.

Add the ground black sesame seeds to the wet ingredients, stirring until fully incorporated.

Gradually fold in the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

To make the sesame paste: Blend the toasted sesame seeds with sugar and oil until smooth. Add more oil if necessary to achieve a paste consistency.
