In response to Singapore’s low plastic recycling rates, Unigons launched Uniplay, a bold new sustainable product design brand aimed at transforming waste into wonder. To commemorate Singapore’s 60th anniversary, Uniplay introduced the Fortune Merlion, the nation’s first pop art collectible made from 30 recycled plastic bottles, turning trash into a treasured collection.
Inspired by the rise of blind box culture and collectible art, Uniplay seeks to spark a movement that blends creativity, sustainability, and technology. By collaborating with local artists and designers, it aims to produce more meaningful, eco-conscious collectibles.
Uniplay wishes to invite local creators and brands to join in rethinking design and boosting recycling efforts. Together, we can “make a difference” - true to Unigons’ brand promise.
