Been using this leather Desk Mat from for a while now, and honestly, it’s my favourite minimalist style desk mat for everyday use.

This is great to organise your desk too, available in a few different sizes, has a felt back so it won’t move about the place, it comes with a magnetic cable holder, has an integrated stationary tool bar, and a handy document hideaway under the top layer.

It’s easy to clean, and is made from premium Vegan leather.

MONDAY - first day back at work and as expected, I was bombarded with emails 😂, anyway, here are a few photos from the weekend.

You might have noticed from these pics that I have a Lenovo Legion Go on my desk, it’s a handheld I don’t use much, it’s a great piece of kit, it runs a full version of Windows.

Initially I got rather fed up with it as I couldn’t get it to run many games smoothly, games like Cyberpunk were not really playable, but after a recent update…probably one that was way overdue as I hardly turned it on for a long time 😂, it now runs games really well, pretty smoothly actually.

I’m still not sure if I should keep it long term, or sell it and get a Steam Deck 🤔…the Legion Go is rather big, and although it’s portable, it won’t exactly fit in your pockets 😂

For those who have a Steam Deck, what’s your long term view of it?

Finally managed to make some space to have the Caster Pro 2 on the desk, I call this, The Rode Recording Corner.

Up until now, I had it on a shelving unit under the desk…I think it makes the room look more like a recording studio, I actually do all my voiceovers on this.
