I challenge you to try walking barefoot for the summer whenever you can, and flat shoes with wide toe boxes or open sandals. Maybe you do already. What does it feel like when you go back to more restrictive shoes? My everyday shoe choice has changed. I’m not saying I will never wear shoes or boots that have some restriction and heel lift but not all the time. My feet like doing what they are meant to do too much! - DB

I always get good vibrations on my vibration plate, and a whole lot of jiggling goes on! It has to be the most productive 10 minutes of my day, never mind a multi-tasker's dream, because I also do some word puzzles, listen to an audiobook, and drink my coffee. Oh, and my kitchen faces east so I am also getting the morning sun (if there is any). Boom!!! Yes, I am very pleased with myself. 😂 - DB
