Today we are having sukiyaki at Motsuhiko in Osaka.

The staff started preparing the hot pot right in front of me. First, they cook the premium beef in the sweet sukiyaki sauce. After that, they let me cook it myself, which was a really fun experience. Then, you dip the hot meat into a fresh raw egg to make it smooth.

It is a very cozy place to enjoy a traditional Japanese meal.
