Kawira Mwangaza seems to have completely denied the MCAs their conjugal rights (right to steal public money). And as in any other case involving denial of conjugal rights, the real issue is never usually brought to the fore for deliberation. They will argue, wrangle and dispute about other trivial and unimportant issues and even call wazees (senate), but you will never hear the mention of conjugal rights. Surprisingly mwangaza is aware but unwilling to loosen her belt for the Mcas to quench their eroticism.
