Police successfully recover ten cows that were stolen from Kowow Sub-Location in Endo Location, Elgeyo Marakwet County.

The livestock were traced to Tigit Village in Masol Location, Pokot Central Sub-County, where they were retrieved and safely returned to their rightful owners.

The handover took place in the presence of the Chief of Kowow Sub-Location, marking a significant step in community efforts to combat livestock theft.

Father Alloice Cheruiyot

We extend our deepest gratitude and heartfelt sorrow as we remember Reverend Father Alloice Cheruiyot, who faithfully served the St. Mulumba Catholic Church with unwavering devotion. His life was a testament to selfless service ,guiding souls in faith, standing with the needy, and being a beacon of hope for the most vulnerable among us.

Father Cheruiyot was not only a shepherd to his congregation, but also a tireless advocate for peace and harmony in our society. He preached unity where there was division, and love where there was hate. His mission was not only to minister from the pulpit, but to walk with us in our struggles, always reaching out with compassion and understanding.

His life was taken by senseless violence, yet his light remains in every life he touched, in every soul he lifted, and in every act of kindness he inspired. We thank him for his sacrifice, his faith, and his enduring legacy of peace.

May he rest in eternal peace, and may his memory continue to guide us toward the harmony he so deeply believed in.
