Here’s what you need to know:

✅𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬:
Before making an offer, it’s crucial to understand your real motivation. Why this house? Why now? What’s the end goal after you close?
You also need to be aware of potential roadblocks before they pop up — financing snags, inspection drama, cold feet — and prepare for them. Getting ahead of your mindset is just as important as getting pre-approved. The more clarity you have, the less likely you are to walk away mid-deal.

✅𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬:
It’s not just about getting a contract — it’s about getting to the closing table with the right net.
Sellers often assume that once they go under contract, it’s a done deal. But in today’s market, nothing is guaranteed. You need to know your bottom line, understand what’s negotiable, and be ready to work through surprises without losing the sale.
