The event is parting ways with HIV/AIDS as Uganda gears up for World AIDS Day tomorrow, December 1st, 2025, with national celebrations taking place in Bushenyi.

|| Bushenyi. A devastating incident has occurred in Kasingyesa Village, Nyeibingo Parish, Ruhumuro Sub County, Bushenyi District, where a man has allegedly killed his wife and then taken his own life.

Rubongyera Nelson is believed to have killed his wife, Lady Kyokusiima Miria, following a domestic dispute. Prior to the incident, Nelson reportedly called his mother-in-law, stating that his wife had left him and threatening to hang himself if she didn't return.
