Bake Me Pretty, founded in early 2024 by Rachel Perlman, a former family therapist turned girl mom, was born out of her passion for baking and her desire to stop putting her sweet dreams on hold. As a licensed cottage baker in New Jersey, she has specialized in homemade cakes, cupcakes, and treats that are egg-free, dairy-free, and optionally nut-free-desserts that are as pretty as they are delicious. Rachel is now preparing to launch under a retail food license and will soon offer cake bar cart services for parties and events.
