Hosted by Pastor Al, a former church preacher (and continual devotee) with a knack for choosing the best in cutting edge heavy music, the Friday Metal Mass showcases the worlds finest shredders, headbangers and pig squealers between 2-4pm every Friday on Bondi Beach Radio (listen online here).
