Easy High-Protein Pescatarian Meals for All-Day Energy! 💪🍽

☕️ Breakfast:

🥤 Daily Drink:

What I Eat in a Day as a Pescatarian Who Lost 50 Lbs & Maintains It! ✨🐟

Meal prepping helps me stay on track, and I usually prep for 2-3 days at a time. Most meals stay the same, but I like to switch up my breakfasts and desserts!

🍽 Breakfast:
Homemade high-protein bagels with smoked salmon, cream cheese & cucumber slices. So good and packed with protein!

🥤 Snack (not pictured):
Every day, I drink 1 scoop of greens superfood powder mixed with sparkling water for extra nutrients.

🌮 Lunch:
My easy tuna green enchiladas—so flavorful, high in protein, and meal-prep friendly!

🍝 Dinner (post-workout):
Protein pasta with eggplant & marinara sauce. A satisfying, high-protein meal perfect for muscle recovery!
