Duct keel inspection with Chief Officer. Since duct keel is an enclosed space, enclosed space entry permit has been obtained. Ventilation and atmosphere testing was done. Continous ventilation for the space has been arranged, rescue and resuscitation equipment have been made available by the entrance, communication was tested and relevant parties have been advised. Proper PPE and personal gas meter were used.
Always follow safety procedure.
