SAN RAFAEL TECHNOLOGICAL AND VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL HOLDS 4TH RESEARCH FESTIVAL 2025
San Rafael Technological and Vocational High School successfully conducted its 4th Research Festival 2025 with the theme “Building an Inclusive Future: STEM and TVL Research Toward – Equitable Education” on October 10, 2025, at the SRTVHS Building 3 Media Room.
The annual event served as a platform for Grade 12 students to present their research outputs, showcasing the application of scientific inquiry, innovation, and social relevance through STEM and TVL-based studies.
The program began with a nationalistic song and opening prayer presented through an audio-visual presentation. This was followed by the Welcome Remarks delivered by Ms. Melani Marie F. Israel, Assistant Principal II, who highlighted the importance of research in empowering students to become problem-solvers and innovators who can contribute to an equitable education system.
The Panel of Judges consisted of experts from various schools: Mr. Jefferson S. Pabustan (SRTVHS), Mr. Jonaselle O. Cristobal (NNHS), Mr. John Latimer Servano (ANHS), Mr. Manuel Charles C. Manapt (SRNHS), and Mr. Ian Ezekiel C. Martin (NNHS). They evaluated the student presentations based on innovation, clarity, methodology, and relevance.
After the series of presentations, awards were given to outstanding researchers. Recognitions included Best in Research (1st to 4th Runners-Up) and Best Presenter, as well as certificates of appreciation for the panelists who contributed their expertise and insights during the event.

The program concluded with Closing Remarks from Ms. Mary Joy Rapirap, who emphasized the value of perseverance, collaboration, and curiosity in the pursuit of knowledge through research.
The 4th Research Festival 2025 once again proved that San Rafael Technological and Vocational High School remains steadfast in its mission to foster a culture of research among students — promoting inclusivity, innovation, and excellence in education.
