Свинина по-французски в духовке с ананасами и сыром
Ингредиенты:
🔸Свинина — 200 гр
🔸Ананас консервированный — 2 кружочка
🔸Сыр твердый — 30 гр
🔸Майонез — 1/2 ст.л
🔸Соль — по вкусу
🔸Перец черный молотый — по вкусу

Тонкие ломтики свинины отбиваем молотком, солим и перчим по вкусу.

Форму для запекания смазываем небольшим количеством растительного масла.

Кладем в форму свинину. На каждый кусочек мяса кладем кружок консервированного ананаса.

Сыр натираем на мелкой терке и смешиваем его с небольшим количеством майонеза. Полученной массой смазываем сверху мясо и ананас.

Запекаем свинину с ананасами в заранее разогретой до 180°С духовке 20-25 минут.

Готовое блюдо украшаем свежей зеленью и замороженной ягодой клюквы.
