I picked up this protein popcorn in not knowing the brand belongs to THE (although the kh in khloud should've been a dead giveaway 🤦🏼‍♀️ duh Sara). The popcorn is SO good, granted I can't eat very much of it, but definitely a nice little snack and I'll try the other flavors too. Good stuff, Khloe!

My Dad was my caretaker when I had my surgery in Las Vegas nearly 2 years ago. He's in town visiting this week and we were just talking about how we should go back to Vegas and do more site seeing since it's easier for both of us to get around now, and I wouldn't have any food restrictions like I did last time we were there! 😂

Also, I'm realizing more and more what a gift it is to have time to spend with my parents. Many of my close friends lost theirs, and it's hard not to think about how limited the time can be. I know that's a little depressing sounding, but the overall message is that you've got to make the most of the time you've got. 🫶

Now if only I could get my dad to give up the dang ci******es!!!

✨💖 Weight loss transformation photos are fun. But I wish I could show you the transformation in my mind because that's where the ✨real magic ✨ has happened.

During my weight loss, I went from:
Doubting ➡️ Brave
Self conscious ➡️ Confident
Faltering ➡️ Steadfast
Frightened ➡️ Fearless

This has taken more work than I could have imagined, but I'm proud of myself and ultimately, extremely thankful for the journey.

Thank you so much for all the birthday wishes over the last few days. I had a great time relaxing, enjoying time with my family, time at the pool, and of course, some time at the gym.

The romper won by a landslide 🙌

I had a fantastic time at the Whiskey Ridge Social Mixer, especially seeing my beautiful friend and meeting all the wonderful ladies and gents who came out. I can't wait to show you all these house, they were gorgeous! For now, here's some fun pics we took at the mixer 🫶
