Yesterday I achieved a huge personal goal and I'm still beaming over it. Once upon a time I could barely walk 1 lap on this track without being completely winded and worn out. After losing and maintaining over 100lbs, working hard every week on my physical fitness, I am proud to say for the first time ever I RAN A MILE in under 10 minutes. 🥳 I've been working towards this goal for a few months now. When I look back at how far I've come, I'm really amazed by my progress. It's easy to forget where you started.
