My second read of 2026 is Kim Ji-young, Born 1982 by Cho Nam-joo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This beautiful and powerful novel traces the journey of a Korean woman from her childhood to motherhood. It highlights the subtle, everyday struggles she faces and how the system continuously fails her, even when she tries her best to be strong.It is deeply moving and emotionally resonates with women everywhere. The story feels personal, real, and painfully relatable.

Highly, highly recommend it , a definite 5 star read.
