Marist Fashion's Silver Needle Runway

Since 1984, Silver Needle Runway has become the premier student-produced fashion show powered by the globally renowned Marist Fashion program.

The runway features garments designed and realized by the senior Fashion Design students. SNR looks to support the next generation of leaders in the fashion and creative industries. Most recently, SNR has been featured in national and international fashion publications including, fashionista.com and Marie Claire Italia. Join us in McCann Center at 5:00pm to enjoy pre-show activities; such as, refreshments, photo ops, and more. Entry to the show is at 6:30 for seating.

BEHIND THE DESIGNER: Victoria Corrente🪡

Victoria’s collection is entitled “Decked Out,” taking inspiration from card games and the idea of creating puzzles. Using upcycled and deadstock fabrics, this collection is rooted in sustainability. With a range of silhouettes and sizes, she dedicates “Decked Out” to anyone she has ever played cards with. Stay tuned to hear more about Victoria’s collection!

BEHIND THE DESIGNER: BRIELLE OHLSEN🪡

Brielle’s collection, “Long Live,” redefines grief through elegance and color. Drawing inspiration from her own experience of not wearing black to her mother’s and grandmother’s funeral, she embraces pastels, sparkle, and craftsmanship in each look. With four gowns and skirts covered in over 5,000 hand-placed Swarovski crystals — including a peplum tweed top and a dress beaded with her mother and grandmother’s fingerprints — every detail holds deep meaning. Long Live is made for those who want to be bold, beautiful, and emotionally grounded. Stay tuned to hear more about Brielle’s collection!
