Review: Tryst Lounge, Saint Petersburg — 5 Knives

Dropped into Tryst on a Wednesday evening to catch the tail end of summer, and it turned out to be a perfect midweek reset.
The highlight of the night? A Watermelon Burrata Salad that was as refreshing as it was flavorful—summer on a plate. Paired with a juicy burger and crisp fries, the meal hit every note we were craving.

Service was spot on—friendly, attentive, and seamless without being overbearing. The solo live musician added a great vibe without overwhelming the scene. Chill crowd, great ambiance, and that relaxed-yet-polished energy you want in a downtown St. Pete spot.
