I've learned that by asking for advice from people in different roles, especially those who are new to the team or come from other departments, I get a fresh perspective on things. 🤔 It's like they're saying, "Hey, if I were in your shoes, here's what I would do." 👠

This approach helps us work together better and come up with creative solutions to our problems. 💻 It's all about being open to new ideas and not assuming that only certain people have the answers.

👩‍🔧I have undergone so far, is that being able to craft companies vision and goals strategically for each executive is very important.

👀Everyone looks for their own relating point to financial independence, career growth, personal glory in any level of job. Either in a small team or room full of executives. My experience in Catch Inc. so far proved me this formula true for building a team from scratch multiple times.

🪴To nurture and craft the bigger mission and vision into each individuals by a leader helps to create assets which ultimately just pushes the team forward ⏩.
