Imagine being on a mommy daughter date and getting this message behind an abusive spouse that is sitting in jail for stalking and harassing me.

Imagine this being the second or third time that this person has come to me about my husband since we have been separated and in his defense.

Imagine you trying to tear me down because you’re being sold a false narrative still about why an abusive individual is behind bars.

Stop stalking and harassing me sweetheart.

Y’all…it’s been a year. As a matter of fact, last year was one hell of a year too.

I thought I was prepared for my podcast, but whew - I’m even more prepared now.

I want to share my vision, and I think there’s several of my Facebook friends that can bring light to this topic: trauma & forgiveness.

With that being said, if you:

- forgave someone who caused you trauma
- forgave yourself for causing trauma
- haven’t forgiven yourself or someone else for trauma caused
- are working on forgiving

I need to talk to you. I’d like you to sit with me (virtually or in person for my locals) and discuss your experience. It’s a thirty minute interview, that is preparing the world for Trust Despite Trauma.

The more I grow personally and professionally,
The less I’m interested in things or people that don’t contribute to that growth.

I’m not saying I’m where I want to be yet,
Or that I don’t display weakness from time to time.
But what I’m saying is,
My boundaries are becoming more permanent,
My heart is becoming more guarded,
And my purpose is becoming more clear.

And I stand on that.

So, if pressure is not applied in a healthy way, then don’t come my way.
