Virginia Williams wore an inflatable bald eagle costume to the “No Kings” rally in Ventura on Oct. 18, part of a wave of protests involving an estimated 6.5 million participants nationwide.

“It’s a symbol of our freedom. It’s a symbol of our United States and it always has been.
